Camelot Print & Copy Centers

I've used Camelot's printing services on two occasions. The first time, I had a good experience. This time, I requested that my document be spiral bound and upon picking it up noticed it was not. When I asked how long it would take to have it spiral bound then and there, the answer was 15 minutes. If I had wanted to wait to have the work done, I would not have bothered to order in advance. That defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

In any case, as I continued on my errands for the day, I passed by a Staples, went in, and had my document spiral bound in less than 5 minutes. I typically want to support small, local business but I also don't want to be frustrated or have my time wasted. This is something I will consider in the future when I need documents printed.

I've used Camelot for a variety of print jobs ranging from birthday party invitations and thank you cards for clients to a foam board display easel, and podcast cue cards. Their turn around time is great, prices are reasonable, and their staff is very helpful. Shout out to Jeremy who was super thorough and kind on the phone for my last minute order, too! I'll continue to use them for jobs for sure. (Never any issue for FedEx returns either!)

The staff was very pleasant and responsive (Emma, Jeremy … and another fellow whose name I did not get). Uploading and submitting my project for printing and binding was very simple and effective. Turn-around time and pricing surpassed my expectations. I'll definitely be returning for future print jobs. FIVE STARS!

Jeremy is so awesome! He’s knowledgeable, polite, and very thorough! Sooooo much better than the fax place across the street (won’t name it, but you know where it is). He helped us with a VERY important job, and answered all of our questions. The entire staff at Camelot in Hopewell is always exceptional, and that’s why I won’t go anywhere else!
