From the moment we entered the optical store, Mark greeted my husband and me with a warm welcome. While my husband took a seat, I began speaking with Mark, and within just a couple of minutes, he completely understood what I was looking for in my new pair of glasses. He quickly grasped my style, needs, and preferences, and presented me with several great options.
Mark patiently worked with me to narrow them down to my top three choices and helped me select the perfect pair. Throughout the entire process, he was attentive, patient, and offered thoughtful feedback on every pair I tried on. His professionalism and genuine care made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and the way he has patience with getting every detail of how my eyes have improved and the flaws of them are amazing. These glasses he got me with my prescription came as fast as 1-2 days and the frames we picked out together look really great on my face! You guys gotta come here if you need new glasses or updated lenses even eye exams. And yes insurance is available as well. 10/10
