Half of the receptionists are rude and half are nice. Been here a few times and never had a wait time under 1 hour 45 minutes. The doctor is nice. The PA is nice too but sometimes feel like she doesn't take your concerns seriously. Phone lines are always busy which is okay but their online system is never up to date so you have no choice but to call.
This is such an amazing clinic .I was having a very bad day and not feeling too well .as I sit and await on my turn the staff keep calling patients and not me which get me more irritated As I waited around 9: 35 am there was this petty young lady arrive at work ,in less than 2 mins she called me in , and she was such an friendly and genuinely kind staff there .Its my first time seeing her there but health care needs more staff like her ,Also Dr Andrew is such a amazing doctor and I would always recommend this clinic .
