Citimedjfk is the place to be; it has excellent staff. The girls are incredibly polite and kind, have excellent phone etiquette, and always smile, which is a good thing; it makes you feel welcome and loved. A little kindness goes a long way, especially if you're already having a bad day.
Citimeds has a roster of beautiful girls who deserve to be on the runway of America's next top models: Viviana the heart, Darlini the Darling, Daniela with a great smile, Dyana with excellent customer service, and lastly, Angeline the Angel. I had a great experience with Damine during my recent visit for a hearing and pulmonary function test. She was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire appointment. Her calm and encouraging approach made it easier for me to give my best effort during the tests. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was. Highly recommend her for anyone needing a similar evaluation.

I have recently visited city med numerous times I can't tell you from experience. The customer service you get at the front desk is absolutely amazing. All the staff are very customer centric and are eager to help everyone that comes through in a timely fashion. I had the most distinct pleasure of interacting with Jasmine. Not only was she knowledgeable and attentive. She also remembered my name in the checkout quite impressive. But I have to also say in general, the whole front Desk staff are absolutely amazing. I recommend the experience for anybody to go there. No matter what your medical needs are.

I had a great experience at this medical center for my CPB medical and fitness evaluation. The staff was professional, and my nurse, Meena, was exceptional. She was incredibly polite, patient, and understanding, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. She encouraged me to take my time, relax, and even gave me a moment to use the restroom when needed. Her kindness and professionalism made the evaluation a smooth and stress-free experience.
