Cant say enough good things! After an accident I was expecting to jump through hoops to get my car repaired and figuring out a rental car. Bob and his team made dealing with the insurance and getting a rental so simple. They kept me informed throughout the repair process. I used New Country to make fender repairs on my Mercedes. They were super friendly and helpful. Thery made all arrangements with Enterprise to secure my rental. Enterprise picked me up and left the rental with New Country. Hats off to Pat Bruno and Terry Tocci. Oh, and Mascot Marvin is super friendly.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my car in to have the driver-side doors, panels, and the area over the wheel well repaired and replaced. They quoted me a 10–14 day turnaround, and I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready by day 11. They’re excellent at sticking to deadlines.
The work itself was outstanding—the paint match is flawless, and the finish looks amazing. They even cleaned the interior thoroughly, which was a nice touch. My vents are blowing stronger than ever, and all the interior buttons are functioning perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend—10/10!
