The people working there are very helpful and efficient

Helpful staff and competitive prices. They have off street parking for customers.
Don't come here to hang out and shop. There's no showroom and they are very busy especially before 10 AM. Don't even come here with a picture and say you want "something like this." They won't work with you.
BUT if you have a list of specific model numbers and brands you want, they have access to great suppliers and prices. They beat 90% of my online prices and had everything ready within days. The knowledgeable reps also will thoroughly make sure you have everything you need if you ask.
They'll let you inspect each piece before you leave too. And make sure you take some time to. NO RETURNS. (They definitely have that ain't-nobody-got-no-time-for-that attitude.) There's gotta be a problem before they even entertain a return. Another benefit going this route is not having to deal with the dings and cracks that often accompany shipped items.
So if you temper your expectations and do allllll your research before you come, this place is great.
