I can’t say enough great things about this plumbing company and especially Eric M. He truly went above and beyond to resolve our situation and made what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable. Eric was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient every step of the way.
What really stood out was how he took the time to educate us on proper maintenance, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly instead of rushing through the job. It’s rare to find someone who not only fixes the issue but also empowers you to prevent future problems.

Citywide was great. Tom and his team were kind, patient, and helped get our cesspool system fixed the proper way so it drains correctly and so their team can extract quickly and efficiently without issues moving forward. I’ve never lived with a cesspool system before, so I really appreciated Tom taking the time to walk me through how it works and offering honest guidance. They were quick, efficient, and genuinely super nice throughout the whole process. Honestly, Tom was just a good time to work with, super personable and easy to talk to. I’m looking forward to working with Tom and his team again in the future. You rock, Tom!
Had a broken shut off valve to our outside water along with a broken spout outside. Water was flowi g out full force. Had to shut off the water to entire house in order to stop it. Citywide was great! Kept us updated as far as when a tech would be able to get to us afterhours. Once he arrived he was fast and we were very happy with him and appreciated him coming out at 11:30pm after he already ended his shift. My aunt used them previously and was also happy & recomended them to us. We will definitly use again if needed.
Had a main line clog and Gary was dispatched to our house about an hour after I called. He cleared the clog and gave us tips as well as what to look out for. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Great experience and would highly recommend!
City wide is the best. very professional, clean and thorough. Kostas was wonderful explained everything in detail. Very reasonable priced. I will never use anybody else again just them!!!
Had another leak two days later and I totally different spot because it’s an old house. Bobby took care of that leak and was extremely professional courteous and thorough. Love these guys they are wonderful, very fast and reliable.
