Excellent service. Let's start with communication. Everything was laid out and communicated regarding the expectations of the work. They're incredibly responsive. Their work was clean, and they redid the pipes perfectly with aesthetics in mind. They took the time to make sure everything was up to code. Measured several times to make sure everything was leveled and properly distanced. I am impressed with their work, and they clearly have a team that cares about their craft. I highly recommend.

Had this company convert my oil water tank with a Navien gas tankless water heater. Everything got done within a matter of hours. Very efficient and quick. Two months later, I am still very much satisfied. I would give them 5 stars, but I’m still waiting on an elbow for the pipe they were supposed to come back for. Very minor stuff though.

My Navien CH210 needed to be change Benitez Plumbing came and replaced to a new much larger navien NFC250. I chose them because price very reasonable. I highly recommend them, their work speak for themselves. They are honest and meticulous in their work. I added photos of the before and after of the work.

I had a pretty bad leak in my basement and so I contacted Benitez Plumbing Heating & Cooling and his employees were at my home within the hour. Once inside my home the plumbers identified what the issue was and they immediately got to work. The work they performed to replace the bad pipes and quickly stop the leak was very impressive! They were very neat, proficient, extremely knowledgeable and fairly priced. I will definitely use them again and I will refer them to all my family and friends.
