I love this company - you call them once with an issue, it's fixed right the first time. I have been using them for several years through my employment (property management) because I never have to confirm that the work was done, they ALWAYS clean up after themselves and the tenants are always happy with the services and the treatment. While it may cost a few more pennies, its worth it in the long run.

Over the last few months, we’ve had several plumbing issues including replacing the hot water heater & the furnace as well as issue with the 2nd floor shower. Tim’s team is highly professional, personable and they worked very clean. Tim & his fantastic team came very quickly each time we needed them. The hot water heater was installed the same day; the furnace needed to be ordered but was replaced in 3 days. The shower issue was an emergency; the drain trap had gotten loose & it began raining in my living room ~ 7:30pm. We called Tim in a panic; he immediately returned the call & came to the house w/ a snake camera to diagnose the issue. We were very grateful to Tim! His team returned the next day and replaced the trap and all the pipes around the tub. They needed to open the ceiling to do the work. All three experiences could not have been better!

I've called Tim 3 times in the 20 years we've owned our home: once just before Sandy to convert our oil burner to gas (we were quoted double what Tim charged us), upgrade our water line 4 years ago, (cost well under what we were quoted), and recently to replace the circulator on the above mentioned gas burner (nearly 15 years old and, to be honest, expected).

I disagree that he is overpriced. I think he is fair considering the amount of sheer work effort and diligence his team commits to the job and, even more so, your home.

I had great experience with Tim Daniels. We had an emergency situation, Tim sent his guys right away and it took them only 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the issue with our sewer pipes and fix quickly. Prior to that, they installed digital thermostat for my heating system. Every time I call them, they do amazing job, and they always take their time to explain everything to us. Great company with very professional, honest, and knowledgeable workers!
