    Messy, saucy, flavorful burger.
Big bonus points for being halal, so I can go with my Bengali friend

As someone who has tried almost all the halal spots in NY I have to say, Crave Shack is now my number one spot! The food is always fresh, delicious and priced reasonably. They take pride in what they do and I’m finally happy to not be served frozen food lmao. I had a few items from here. The new jerk chicken sandwich… 10/10 🔥 flavorful and spicy! Jerk chicken over rice, doesn’t get better than that. Chicken sandwich, tenders and the wings, holy everything was absolutely fire! If you haven’t passed and tried the food, I encourage you to. it will be worth it 💯

Ordered jerk chicken over rice and was one of the best halal jerk chicken in NYC, good & quick service and nice ambience
If you can handle spice, add more extra spicy sauce and garlic sauce

Crave Shack is hands down one of the best spots in town! Let’s start with their Brisket Burger—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The brisket practically melts in your mouth, and the crispy onions? They add the perfect crunch and take the whole experience to another level. Absolute perfection.

Now, the Jerk Chicken Platter? Oh man, it’s actual crack. The charcoal-grilled jerk chicken is bursting with smoky, spicy goodness, and when you pair it with their signature Crave Sauce? It’s a flavor explosion that’ll have you hooked from the first bite.

On top of all that, Jasmin and Ash are absolute gems! So courteous, kind, and always making sure you have the best experience. Their hospitality truly makes you feel at home.

If you haven’t hit up Crave Shack yet, you’re seriously missing out. Do yourself a favor and get there ASAP!

I recently visited this halal place, Crave Shack for the first time, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The service was a bit mixrd. The guy at the front was incredibly helpful and made our visit enjoyable—shoutout to him for his excellent customer service! However, the waiting time was less than ideal. Despite being the only customer, I waited almost 25 minutes for my food while the staff in the back seemed more focused on their phones and chatting. This is an area that could definitely use some improvement.

Onto the food, which was the highlight of my visit.

The nashville sandwich was absolutely delicious. The chicken was incredibly fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked. You could tell it was made with high-quality ingredients—just look at how white and tender the inside of the chicken is. It's super fresh and flavorful. The jerk chicken over rice was amazing. I’ve never tasted anything like it before—the seasoning and spices were on point, and the sauce complemented it perfectly. It’s definitely a dish worth trying if you're in the mood for something different. The salad that comes in the platter was a letdown. It was very generic, consisting of just a few lettuce leaves without much else. It felt weak and could definitely be improved.

The quality of the main dishes and the helpfulness of the front staff make Crave Shack worth a visit. With some tweaks, this place could be even better. Looking forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit!
