Really Appreciated the speed and efficiency of this pick up, the location was a concern but the Warehouse Supervisor Mr. Velez, gave me solid directions and helped with the back in 1 of the smoothest back ins I've done in awhile.
I have never seen a hospitality in all these years like the one I just see at this place ,Guys helped me to back up to the dock first then They invited me to their dining room and offered me breakfast and coffee..5 stars!! Thank you all for being nice and treating everyone as human being!!
Supervisor and staff very friendly and helpful.
Dock is very tight when backing in so use caution and they will help you. Limited truck parking on streets.
When coming south on Saxon, make a right on herkimer and follow it around to dock.
Its my job. Lol
