Service depends on who, the ladies are always pleasant and helpful 😀, the one guy I had encountered 3 times are not very pleasant, almost belligerent attitude 🙄 why?!!? Now when I go and see this guy I just walk out. Don't need the attitude just before I eat.
What takes for the atmosphere, I normally take out, and I can't say for sure, but looks very nice.
Hot lunch for $10 consisted of rice, beans, and one chicken wing. That small serving tasted good, counter service was impersonal and aloof.
This is an Ecuadorian Restaurant. I enjoyed the Guaita, which a is tripe stew with potatoes and peanut sauce. In addition, tripe fits in well with the creepy theme of Sleepy Hollow. I also like the sides dishes of a creamy vegetable salad, rice, and beans as well. However, it would be nice if there was a vegetarian version of the Guatia, maybe potatoes and peanut sauce without tripe. It also would be nice if the food items on the steamtable were labelled or if there was a daily menu posted or written down.
