Today I had my first evaluation for Cataract surgery. The Dr and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease about the overall procedure. All the girls in the office were helpful and so kind. I would highly recommend them.
I liked my experience there, but I would never order a prescription from there because they do it through a website and I have to wait for it in the mail and I can’t just go to a pharmacy to get it and it’s been very tedious. I went Monday. I still don’t have my prescription and it’s Wednesday.
All was fine....reception..wait time...the assistant who did the preliminary tests. Doctor was cordial but only issue is that I felt a bit rushed this time around with the eye exam. Maybe she had a busy day. But otherwise all good.
I have been seeing Dr. Montalto since June 2023…5 or 6 visits. I switched from OCLI when they could not accommodate the rescheduling of an appointment which had been previously made 3 months prior. The need to change was their fault! As a new patient to SIGHT MD, I got right in! Dr. Montalto is super nice, professional and efficient! She understands my situation and concerns and treats accordingly. If I don’t like a health care provider I don’t return. So obviously she gets the 5 star rating from a discerning and informed patient! If you’re reading this Dr. M., looking forward to seeing you in June! :)
I love coming here first of all. It's within five minutes of my house. Everyone is so knowledgeable and so friendly. I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes. Everything went great I can see better. I feel better and I would recommend this place to anyone who has any kind of issue with their eyes.
