From the very beginning, Tatiyana at the front desk guided me through every step of the process with so much care and patience. She answered all my questions, made sure I was fully prepared, and even followed up after the procedure to check on me — that really meant a lot.
The procedure itself was very fast and smooth, and Dr. Jeffrey made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout. My first follow-up appointment the following week went great as well, and the team continued to show the same level of professionalism and kindness.
