I was impressed with how efficiently the office was run. I arrived early and didn't have to wait. All of the staff was friendly and personable. Dr. Bedford takes time to explain everything. I am glad I chose this office for my concerns.
Dr. Bedford and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Bedford truly listened to all of our concerns and took the time to answer every question. He explained everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable and fully understood. My daughter has been struggling with the same issue for three years, and this was the very first visit where she felt heard, found relief, and finally received an accurate solution and treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Bedford and his team to anyone in need of care.
Pleasant, thorough, explained everything leading up to diagnosis and why I had the symptoms I had. Gave me a plan to make things better. Patiently went over what I should do and next steps. Not at all gruff or intimidating .
No waiting. Very efficient and friendly front desk. Dr’s assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. clearly knew what she was doing. The gentleman who took X-rays also very knowledgeable, quick and courteous.
