Chris takes the time to really listen to you and your needs. His Extensive knowledge was invaluable to me in deciding what DAC would be best for my system. Also with his expertise he helped me in selecting cables that were a perfect match for my system. Chris had a pair of demo speakers for sale at a terrific price (never could have afforded them otherwise) and, after he answered my numerous questions, I purchased them. Not only did he send them quickly and at a reasonable shipping charge, the packing job he performed was exemplary and they arrived in flawless condition. He's a fair, friendly professional, and clearly knows the hi-end audio business. I'd recommend East End Hi-Fi to anyone, as well as Lawrence Audio, which made the beautiful speakers that I bought.
