We've used Elite Auto since moving to the area from Colorado with an old RAV4 whose A/C was long broken (not so bad in Colorado, unbearable in the Long Island summer!). Elite fixed that, and we've have had uniformly positive experiences ever since on both routine inspections / maintenance and a couple of bigger jobs where they've gone out of their way to find reasonably priced options for repairs.
We have been using Elite exclusively for over 10 years. Appreciate they allow for appointments and always finish the work in the time they state. They also give you a heads up on work to be expected in the next 3-6 months based on driving. And small details like the fact I scheduled an oil change not knowing I needed an inspection. They took care of it while there. Highly recommend.
First time at Elite. This is not an “address the complaint, throw parts at it and move on” place. Richie paid attention to everything I told him, thoroughly went through my aging bmw, found the issue- even uncovered a little surprise- communicated with me clearly throughout. I was uneasy about it at first bc I have a trusted specialist, but they are far away from me and cost and timing for dropoff and pickup were too cumbersome. I’m glad I went with Elite, my car is happy and so am I. Would recommend.
