This place saved my life. Was going to throw an crisis, and my therapist has been the most helpful. They also worked out a plan with me because my insurance became an headache. I can’t be more grateful for a family services in Poughkeepsie.
My experience has been excellent. They are good, kind people who work hard to serve their community. I don’t have any complaints or problems with anyone and those that have may want to look at themselves instead of complaining. There are other places to go and I hope you find what you’re looking for.
Once you get into their system, they're okay. But the intake process is a cluster****. They changed systems after I hadn't even been there 2 months and made me sit and wait, cancelling my main appointments as they re entered all of my information. If you can go months without seeing someone this place would be fine, but if you need a regular schedule, good luck.
