Absolutely love the beef. The flavor is very good. The entire shopping experience is "self-serve" and I hope to meet the owner Paul next time.

Super easy experience using their self-service store! They have an awesome variety of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb + eggs and jerky! The jerky tastes phenomenal. Prices are also fair
By far the coolest farm in the Hudson Valley! I mean where can you go at anytime of the day (yes they are 24/7) to get your meat provisions? The owner is super cool and helpful and has a great selection of cuts, along with fresh eggs, honey and other local vendors products from time to time. They don’t accept credit cards (since this is an employee-less operation) but do accept cash and Venmo.
