I had been trying for weeks to resolve the pain myself with stretches, Aleve, and leaning on a baseball (not recommended but I was desperate!) to get at the knots.

When I walked in Dr Lonstein got right to work with acupuncture and an adjustment, then I got a quick massage from his massage therapist. After 3 treatments like this it all finally loosened up and I am feeling great!

I began seeing Dr. Lonstein a few weeks ago for a minor issue I was having. He has been able to loosen the knots right out of my back and take the pain out of my shoulder. This is something I have been just dealing with for a while now. And now that the pain is starting to go away it's nice.

He is very easy to talk to, which I feel is very important. He listens to you not only about your aliments but also takes the time and gets to know his patients.

He also has a wonderful staff. The women he has working with him are pleasant and helpful. You are always greeted with a friendly face when you enter the office.
