Incredible place for health and wellness. Enormous selection of herbs, spices, dried products and on-site custom made supplements for all phases of well being as well as learning tools and classes.! Very knowledgeable and helpful anytime I have questions about anything.its always Well worth it..

This store is massive, especially considering its location in a small village. But wow, so lucky to have this store in our neck of the woods. I get all my teas here. I'm hooked on their loose leaf chamomile tea, so I get it in bulk. Packaging is lovely too...LOL I maybe shallow but I love their sleek black packaging (also makes for a great gift!). Always fun to browse their shelves for lesser known teas, herbs, and supplements. There's usually a helpful tag that describes the medicinal benefits. Also check out their website for good product descriptions. The place is usually deserted (I think they do a lot of internet business) so you can take your time browsing...it's peaceful in there:-)

I have been going to Bodi4Life since it opened. The people who work there are amazing. The products are all natural, non gmo, organic and good for the body and mind. I make soups and stews from their spices and dried products. We also use their powdered herbs as an elixir in the morning.They have a healing center on the 2nd floor. My husband and I used their infrared tables and massage chair yesterday and today we feel great! I highly recommend people go onto their website, create an account and book an appt. in their healing center. You can order online and have it delivered or pick it up. I love Bodi4Life.
