Freeman's Auto & Tire

My family and I have used Freeman's Auto and Tire for years. They are our trusted, local garage for all of our auto repairs. My truck was recently broken into, and after my windows were replaced my truck would not go to sleep, and would drain my battery. I tried to fix it myself (e.g., replaced the battery, searched for the voltage draw, etc.) but was unsucessful, so I called Freemans. After performing a number of diagnostic tests they were able to eliminate the battery draw. They kept my truck for a few days to confirm that the issue had been resolved, each day retesting my truck. After all the work was completed I was only charged a diagnostic fee, which was extremely fair and reasonable. Prior to bringing my truck into Freemans I contacted the dealership and they wanted 3 times as much to diagnose my problem. My family and I will continue to use Freemans for our auto repair and maintenance needs.

Freeman's breathed new life into my car! I had several tricky problems and they tackled everything and did so with excellent communication and dedication. I love their invoice system as well, it's very helpful. I will definitely be returning.

John is honest and fair — he never pushes you to get work done unless it’s necessary. And he’s always happy to answer questions.
