Very professional coaching and will definitely help you to achieve your fitness goals. Most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual.

I trained with Kevin (trainer) Mondays n Wednesday for 30 to 40 minutes and oh boy does he put me to work. He makes me feel very comfortable and pushes me outside my comfort zone which I love n need. The studio is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable of my problem areas that need work and makes sure we target them. I highly recommend one on one lessons as his focus will be just on you to make sure you get it done and get it done correctly so you don’t get hurt.
