Galloway Physical Therapy

I saw Rilke for a PT session while I was visiting a friend in Warwick over the summer, and the things I learned in our one session are still benefiting me to this day! I'm amazed at how quickly she was able to see and understand what was going on with my body. I have some unique body asymmetries, and I've had years of body work, yoga, and other types of physical therapy, so I feel like I have a good sense of when someone really knows the body or not. Rilke is so insightful and talented, I've brought her observations and recommendations back to my myofascial body worker in California and it's helped inform our work together. Also, her space is lovely, and in general I felt so taken care of while I was with her. She was so efficient and effective! I left with a handful of stretches, tools, and exercises that feel like keys to unlock greater ease in my body! I feel so empowered! Definitely 10/10 recommend. I wish I lived there so I could see her all the time!

I brought my son to see Dr.Rilke because he plays sports and because I suspected he might have some hypermobilty. Dr. Rilke was thorough in her evaluation and was able to provide us both with education, explanations and suggestions to improve his performance with decreased risk for injury. She had such a nice way with my son, and was able to explain things to him in a way that wasn’t overly technical and that he could understand . We left with a program to help his mechanics, and reduce his complaints of pain when pitching. Her expertise and human touch have already made a huge impact. I would recommend her to anyone who has a need for physical therapy or requires evaluation.
