Back in late June 2025, I worked with them to help me find an apartment as I had to quickly move out by July 1, 2025 before my lease ends. I reached out earlier regarding another apartment but kept in contact as the date of lease was soon approaching. Even though the date was close, the agent Gabe was so quick in scheduling me an appointment to come see the apartment and I also applied the same day. I had a little bit of a longer wait for my application approval to be approved as the property manager was away but in the end, everything went smoothly and it was a very easy process. I highly recommend working with this agency in your apartment search and they are very legit. They delivered good results for me so they will for you.
