Jacob really did a good job. He took care of the problem in10 minutes.
I had a couple of items that needed looking into and Jacob, Robert and Leon were very helpful and efficient. They are all congenial whenever there is a job to be done.

My Grandmother moved to Shore Hill when it first opened in 1980. She was on a waiting list also. She lived there until 1992 when she passed. I had heard stories a few years ago that it's run completely different now with no age requirement. And Kids and families actually reside there now. Very sad if this is true. It was intended for people on Social security aged 62 and above.
