Though I moved out years ago and only lived here for about two years, I loved this apt right on 5th Ave in the 70s in Bay Ridge that I rented from these guys. I was living out of state taking care of an elderly family member while looking (it was in late 2021 during the Omicron COVID era) and toured via FaceTime and video with Daniel’s help. Rented the place super cheap and both Daniel and Leo were fantastic agents. I would recommend anyone working with them—especially if you want some extra attention and help post-Fare Act.

Both Daniel and Leo were absolutely incredible to work with. They found my daughter the perfect studio apartment in our price guideline (less actually!) and guided us through the entire process.
