Global Buffet
Good variety of seafood and international dishes in one place. The food is fresh, flavorful, and constantly refilled. Service is decent and the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly. Great spot if you want to try a little bit of everything without breaking the bank.
The quality of the food is really good and generally everything is delicious. But there weren't many customers at lunchtime, but they guided people to one side, so it was very noisy and there were a lot of people passing by, but the passage was narrow, so it was so difficult to leave the baby's stroller. So I hugged the baby and ate...
Went on a Sunday evening. It's a decent buffet spot, with ginger lobster, crawfish, raw clams, sushi and most typical buffet foods. There is also a hibachi area where you plate the raw ingredients that you want and hand it to the chef to have it cooked for you. There is also plenty of parking around the front entrance. I had a good experience here.
I went with my wife to try out this buffet for lunch. The place was spacious, clean and the price was affordable compared to other places. The service was good, plates was removed quickly. Some people don't like when they place the check on the table before you are done, they do feel rushed, but we were OK with this.
Now to the important part, the food. My first plate was fried rice and pepper beef. I told my wife that this can't be fried rice since it taste like adobo rice and the pepper beef was not the right cut of beef. I had to go back to the counter to double check if it was fried rice. Indeed it was vegetable fried rice. Uncle Roger would have a field day on the fried rice.
They calm to have the largest buffet spread in long island. They do have a large spread but most of it was not entrees. It was like a fixing bar were you put together your own taco which took up 1 table. It felt like a Chinese takeout cooked by Mexicans and a Sizzler in one. The sushi was a good quality but slow in filling counter. To end my buffet I always have a soft serve and it was disappointing. It was icy and not creamy.
The price and atmosphere was nice but the taste was not for me.
Great place to visit with the family. The place has good staff, very attentive. Food is great, well cooked and fresh. About $15 per person for lunch hours and around $23 pp during Dinner. Definitely recommend if you’re just looking to grab something quickly.
