Just Salad

Staff so pleasant and attentive to detail.
Was quite impressed with the service and quality. Had a customized salad , and a smoothie. Both were really tasty ! Thank you!

Ugh, I love Just Salad, it's my go to in NYC while working. When the Bayside location opened, it was like the sun parted just for me.
This week, I had to come to East Meadow to cover and it was like the Gods were still bestowing gifts, as there was a location 6 mins away! I'm alone, so I ordered delivery. Caesar Wrap and a Coke (slim can) on the side. $25 bucks but whatever, it's (normally) worth it.
Then like a kick in the shins (edited for the kids) I get this thin, junior wrap! Honestly, the Slim coke can was wider than this wrap. I didn't have a banana for scale but look at it compared to my key fob.
Am I just getting hooked up at all the other locations? It won't stop me from going to Just Salads but definitely not ordering from here. It's Just not worth it.
It pains me to leave a negative review especially here, it must be the hunger pains!

hands down one of the best spots for a fresh, healthy meal that actually tastes amazing. The ingredients are always crisp and vibrant, and the staff keeps everything moving quickly even during the lunch rush. I ordered multiple bowls for pickup from this location. When I got home, I discovered that Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl was missing the chicken entirely, and Crispy Chicken Poblano was missing the cotija cheese, which was very disappointing since it’s the main ingredient.

On the positive side, the other half of salads were fresh and tasty. However, this kind of mistake shouldn’t happen- please check your orders carefully before leaving.

Food was good but service kinda sucked. Did an online order and came to pick it up 30 minutes later. Food was never ready they only started making it once I let them know I was here to pick it up. Took another 10 minutes to get my order (ordered 2 salad bowls). Got home and opened up our food and order was prepared wrong. They forgot chicken for both our salads and added the toppings on to the wrong bowl. The Balsamic Chicken Avocado bowl we got had chickpeas for some reason (girlfriend got really mad because it didn't include chickpeas). I hope the service improves because we love just salad and this is the closest one. Good luck!
