Great South Bay Brewery of Ronkonkoma

Love the vibe! Cory was super welcoming and made us feel like long time friends within minutes of sitting down. Gave great recommendations and guided us to some menu items that were home runs! Highly recommend you stop by for a game or before a train!

I had the pleasure of hosting my daughter's Gender Reveal on 12/21/25. I was in a crunch to find a place in a short time during a very busy holiday party season. Well I couldn't have been happier from my 1st meeting with Scott, the manager at GSB. He was super helpful, always responsive & assisted me with all my questions & requests. There were 55 of us and everyone raved about the food. We had Mac & Cheese, Hot Pretzel Sticks, Boneless Wings, Penne ala Vodka, Chicken Parm, Caesar Wraps and the GSB Salad, all which were hot & delicious. At no time did anyone go without a drink due to our wonderful bartender Cassandra. The rest of the staff, special thanks to Vinny. made sure food was continuous & they kept up with clearing tables as we ate & drank. I plan to use them again for upcoming events. Many guests had not been to GSB before but said they too will be returning for the food, service & atmosphere. The bonus was Santa being there, it made for some great pictures. Thanks again Scott, you made my daughter's Reveal a very memorable one.

Stopped here after a trip to the city to see the Rockettes. I split the smash burger sliders and cheesy Gordita tacos, both were dry and flavorless. Wish the tacos had avocado or salsa to moisten it up, the meat was SO dry. Parmesan fires were great! The Brussels sprout app was drenched in sauce that was so sweet it made us pucker. We each only had one bite to try it.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We had a fabulous 70th bday party for the hubs, I never counted but I’m guessing we had 50-75 people there. When I tell you, everything was perfect I mean it! From Scott, the manager to Chris, the kitchen manager, the bartender and servers as well - everyone was attentive knew their job and actually seemed like they were happy to be there!! I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Great South Bay Brewery for making the experience a memorable one!!

Very much enjoyed eating at the Great South Bay Brewery. Spacious, clean and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not crazy about the scanning a QR code to order and pay. I'm older and prefer a server helping us directly. That being said, we placed our order at the bar and didn't wait long before the food arrived. Good food, great fries! Saw they have a dart league. I liked Great South Bay Brewey and will be back again.
