My wife and I stumbled upon Pink Fin looking for a fresh, flavorful meal, and we left feeling like we discovered a hidden gem. This place is absolutely phenomenal!

Let’s start with the Hibachi. I ordered the chicken and steak combo, and it was quite literally off the charts. The meats were cooked to tender perfection on the griddle, but the real star was the flavor and seasoning. It wasn’t just salty or heavy—it was a perfect, savory blend that coated every single bite. They have truly mastered the art of that "just right" touch. I could have eaten two portions easily, not out of hunger, but purely because it was that delicious.

My wife opted for one of their signature Poke Bowls, and she fell in love at first sight—and then first bite. The presentation was a work of art, with each ingredient placed with careful precision. The vibrant colors of the fresh tuna, crisp cucumbers, creamy avocado, and crunchy toppings were almost too beautiful to disturb. But the magic is that it’s not just looks. The portions are perfectly calculated: a generous, satisfying amount that leaves you perfectly full and content, not overstuffed or sluggish. Every component was fresh and complemented each other flawlessly.

And we can’t forget the Boba Tea! We grabbed a couple to go, and they were the ideal sweet finale. The teas were creamy and sweet, but with just the right amount of sweetness—not the cloying, syrupy kind that some places serve. It was refreshing and "hit the spot" perfectly, balancing the savory notes of our meal.

The vibe is clean, modern, and friendly, and the staff clearly takes pride in what they serve. From the explosive flavor of the hibachi to the fresh, elegant bowls and the spot-on boba, Pink Fin nails every category.

Was happy to see a poke place opening up in the area. Decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did! Food was very fresh and the sauces were delicious. Service was also great, very friendly.
