Extremely disappointed in my first experience at this restaurant. My sister chose this location as a surprise birthday dinner for me who has extreme allergies and recently diagnosed celiac- as they’re extremely accommodating to gluten free diets. Upon entry- we were treated like an inconvenience. We approached the hostess and said we were here for our reservation, where we were made to feel crazy. The response to us trying to get our reserved table- that they called to confirm & texted us about 3 times, we were told “we don’t even take reservations.” Following that, we asked if we could preserve the cake we brought in their refrigerator, seeing as I cannot eat any of the desserts because of my allergies. Their response was “we can’t take that without a receipt- haven’t you ever worked in a restaurant?” We actually all in fact DO work in restaurants and have never once requested a receipt to hold a birthday cake? Moving onto food- the gluten free calamari is just boiled? No sort of breading? Aside from that- our meals were great and our server Julio was awesome. Unfortunately, not sure if the treatment is worth going back.

Everything from start to finish was spectacular. Service rocked (shoutout Jameson) and food was delicious - giant portions easily shared. Cocktails and wine selection was great. We will be back.

Italian restaurant at its finest. Love the feel and ambiance of this place. Heard many great things and had to give it a try. Took an 8:15 last minute reservation, they sat us on time. Place was loud and busy which I like to see, especially for a Friday night at that time. Such a great location and love the free 3hr parking offered in the parking garage. Food was phenomenal and the people are just as great. Victoria, our waitress was amazing. She made our night and experience so enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable for the quality food that was served. Bottle of pinot grigio, appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert for under $200 for 2 people. What we ordered:
Meatballs & Burrata appetizer- delicious and generous portion (approx 5 meatballs and 2 balls of burrata)
Pappardelle Melanzane-she came right over to see if wanted fresh grated cheese- answer is always yes. Also asked if she could bring me some ricotta. She gladly said yes and it was the perfect addition to the dish. (I'm partial that they should serve the dish with a dollop of ricotta). Again perfect portion size and amazing flavor.
Pizza-La Bestia-not personal size more like a full 8slice with delicious fresh ingredients.
Dessert-we spoke with Victoria about the lava cake when she asked if I wanted her to wrap up my entrees. I told her I was debating on eating more or leaving room for the cake. We both agreed always better to leave room for dessert. When she brought us the dessert menu we jokingly (but wished could be done) asked if we could do a half and half brownie sundae and lava cake. To not be too difficult we decided on lava cake, yet pleasantly surprised she brought us over a brownie sundae as well. Soo happy that she did because the brownie sundae was my favorite out of the two. Such a great experience and so many other menu items we want to try that we will definitely be back. And hope to have Victoria or another amazing staff member serving us. Don't sleep on this place-its a MUST try.

Very nice place! I went to this place last Saturday and it was a busy night so we had to wait like 20 mins to be seated even with reservations. However, the food came out fast. The waiter was nice and attentive. The drink I ordered was okay. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant, and the pasta had good flavor. Personally, I would have liked a bit more sauce, as it felt slightly dry.
Overall, the restaurant is great and I’d definitely go back.

Came here on opening night and it was great. Service was wonderful, our waitress Julianna took great care of us, thank you. We had their Calamari Fritti, Con Fungi pizza as our starters, and for entrees the chicken milanese -opted for grilled- and the short rib risotto dish, all of it was very good, we especially loved the starters; The calamari was crisp but tender, not chewy at all, and we couldn't get enough of the pizza. The only issue was when my wife's dirty martini came out very sweet -which I think everyone agreed was not right- but even then, they went above and beyond fixing it for us, not only offering to remake the drink with no fuss but even including a second order of the drink for free.

Overall, I would recommend it if you are in the mood for some good slightly elevated Italian flavors with a nice but casual atmosphere.
