I have been going to Dr. Greenbaum for years and could not be more satisfied and happier with the dr and entire staff. Now that they are My Eye Dr and Shay is office manager I encountered a problem with my glasses that Shay resolved beyond my expectations!! Nancy and Tammy are always wonderful and help me with the worst part in choosing new frames!! I love going to them and highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Greenbaum for years. I was very upset to find out that. My eye Dr took over. The girls that work for the company My eye Dr was very disrespectful to the lady’s that work for Dr Greenbaum. Nancy did not deserve how she was spoken to and especially in front of patients. Tammy was also spoken to very nasty. I am no longer a patient and have gone with another doctor I can not stand humiliation, rudeness and utter abuse to these ladies. I will miss Nancy, Karen and Tammy and Dr Greenbaum

It was a long time coming, now I can see! The staff was great! From my initial intake up until I received my glasses, I have no complaints. The office was clean, the staff is super helpful, and the Dr. was professional and efficient. I will be back and I’m bringing friends! Thank you!
