Super cute farm, were hosting a car show when we arrived. Absolutely beautiful in the fall with all the leaves changing. We went mid October, great place, great vibe. I did apple picking with my wife and we later got some homemade jams and donuts which were delicious.
Our visit to Dubois Farm was truly delightful. We enjoyed picking apples, grapes, and pumpkins each perfectly ripe and flavorful. The farm’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, offering a wonderful blend of charm and relaxation. The freshly made cinnamon donuts were exceptional and the perfect way to end the day. We look forward to returning and creating more beautiful memories here. 🍎🎃🍇
This is a family friendly place with lots to do. Weekends now require a $10 admission per person, but you are provided with a $10 voucher to use towards your purchases. It's beyond reasonable. We had good pizza, listened to music, picked lots of apples, and purchased the, ever so coveted, apple cider donuts. The pumpkin patch was great, both for photo ops, or picking the perfect pumpkin for your carving needs. We love this place and highly recommend it.
We have been coming to this farm for 5 years now. It has become a tradition for my kids. The first time we came it was for peach picking and then we came for apples. Decided to try it out in a different season and the kids love it. I also love the cider here. It’s one of my fave’s that I look forward to. And the kids like the pizza and hay ride.
I was a bit surprised when we went this time that we had to pay upfront at the entrance. The voucher or admission you pay can go towards what you pick, eat or drink at the farm. Which we didn’t mind. Because it’s 4 and 1/2 of us so it was $40 and we usually spend about $120 at the farm anyways. So the $40 went towards that. Also I did notice the prices went up in a lot of things we usually get.
I do understand the paying up front for the apples cuz some people just aren’t nice and pay for what they pick.
BUT I do appreciate the farm still keeping it free in a way as it goes towards what we buy. ❤️
Parking is still free and the wagon ride as well.
And the music is always a plus. Our family keeps growing and we would love to continue coming up here from the city and continue the tradition.
Thank you Dubois Farm for a wonderful experience every time. It is definitely worth the 2hr drive 🙂❤️
Looking for a super fun pick-your-own farm? DuBois Farms is the place to go! It’s perfect for a family day out. They even have a tractor ride that takes you right to the fruits and veggies if you don’t feel like walking — such a fun touch!
The food is SO good — I had the peach pizza and wow, it was amazing. We also grabbed some apple cider donuts and I swear they’re the best in the entire Hudson Valley. Plus, they have drinks (yes, even for adults 😉), which makes it a win for everyone.
Honestly, such a great spot to spend the day — highly recommend!
