Went in for some picks, and strings… asked if they had any lefty guitars ( not always available ) but they did have one I just love . A beautiful used Gretch model great price with a hard shell case.

Great experience overall. Was helped by Beau and Matt at the commack location, and they were exceptional throughout. They called up the ladder on the spot to expedite a purchase for me instead of having to wait 2 weeks they cleared the waivers and was able to take home my guitar today. As a beginner I was explained everything I needed to know and wasn’t tailored in any direction to purchase. Will be going back for anything else I need.
I found a D18 online at guitar center. The staff Jason, Ron, Beau and Joe are absolutely phenomenal. They followed up and handled details of a rather complicated sale with pin point knowledge and accuracy.
