Best counseling service center. It did not feel like a counseling center was a very positive experience and would recommend people with no hesitation. Staff is super supportive and Dr. Arroyo is a very down to earth good guy and makes the process as productive as possible This place is so very appreciated

By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. You enter alone and exit with a family! Staff is friendly, super supportive and down to earth! I enjoyed every second at HL and would definitely do it again!!
Thank god for H and L. Counseling. They were there for me when I needed them They are experienced and kind and considerate. They go above and beyond for their clients and their professionalism is second to none. The offices are very cool and eclectic looking. If you need mental health counseling or substance abuse dwi or anger management treatment and so many more services this is the place to come
