Dr.Bywater is the best. I had a really great experience during my appointment. Jessica, Daniela, and Cynthia were very kind. Daniela was very welcoming when I came in the office. Cynthia was gentle when she did my pretesting and Jessica was fantastic adjusting my glasses.
I've been seeing doctor bywater for several years now. I initially came to him because I was unhappy with My previous optometrist. Dr. Bywater really takes the time to explain everything and anything. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative of him and the staff of Highland Optometry.
