HUB Veterinary Group is very attentive, know what they are talking about and I have never been to a better vet. When my Kiwi (french bulldog) had many issues they were right on top of it and made sure everything is taken care of right away. I have gone to other vets in previous years that was much more expensive. It can be a bit pricey at times but I’m happy to pay for it as the service is unmatched. The front desk is very friendly and always answer any questions I have and if they cannot provide it then will find someone who can. They are very transparent as to what I am paying for in their invoices which you can ask about before paying and if I have any issues it is resolved quickly. The front desk is also always available for a phone call, I have never had any issues with that. I especially love Dr. Daniels she was very on point with everything and addressed any issue presented with quick solutions and made sure I felt comfortable and understood when addressing my concerns. Lastly I’d like to mention that they do have a website for medications and such which in my experience is cheaper on their website than other places specifically Heartgard and NexGaurd. THANK YOU HUB!!
Our cat needed an ultrasound and the vet we had taken him to wasn’t able to provide it. We found HUB through referral from other vets we called, they were so helpful and even though our cat is only able to get palliative care for his condition I am happy to recommend Dr Rogers and the team at HUB. From Courtney and Maddie at the front desk, the vet techs and assistants and Dr. Rogers who is compassionate, knowledgeable and able to explain everything in a way that gave us the understanding of what our cat’s condition is. We are returning to HUB when is time for our baby’s end of life care.
I brought my 1 year old Siberian cat to Hub for her annual appointment. From the moment you step in the door you feel comfortable. The staff is kind, the nurse and doctor are amazing. I know my fur baby is in good hands and getting a thorough check up in as much of a non stress way they can (for both patient and owner!)
My JimBeam was constipated for over a week. If it wasn’t for bringing him into HUB for help my kitty probably would not have gotten any better. He’s pooping fine now hopefully this won’t happen again because it was pretty pricey but then again I’m sure other vets would charge way more. Thanks to Hub I was able to pay over time with a service called cherry similar to Klarna. Thank you HUB veterinary Group will definitely recommend.
We were blown away by how well things went here.
We made it here stressed out and looking for solutions.
We're given options, had details explained to us, and feel much better about the situation.
Our cat needed overnight monitoring and they couldn't assist, but they did provide us with amazing options.
We've been to many other veterinarians over the years, and this has been the very best (All things considered) experience yet.
We've chosen HUB Veterinary Group as our new primary veterinarian.
