He was so patient with my questions and concerns and reassured me during the entire process from demolition to completion. I could not be happier getting this bathroom reno done with Hughes Home Improvements. Every part of the job from demo, framing, tile work, plumbing, install and glass was handled by skilled pros who clearly care about the quality of their work and were all really nice.

This was a full gut renovation of a 3 piece bathroom, and I was really impressed with how clean and organized the team was. They sealed off the work area to keep dust and mess to a minimum which made a big difference since I was on the same floor working from home during the renovation.

Jeff was honest about the pricing and clear about how long the job would take. He was always available by call or text whenever I had a question which made the whole process feel easy. When unexpected issues came up he was flexible and ready with solid workarounds and solutions.

I have had some bad experiences with contractors in the past so I always get anxious about renovations. Working with Jeff completely changed that. It feels great to finally have a contractor I can trust and someone I will definitely return to for future projects.
