Lake Chiropractic is a warm, friendly professional place. When you walk in it feels like home. The staff knows who you are without looking at a chart. Whether its Cindy who works the front desk, Ariel who is sometimes up front but even in passing from the back office, they both know and greet each patient by name.
Jenn the Chiropractic assistant greets patients with a warm genuine greeting as she diligently makes her way from room to room making sure the current patients are getting the treatments they need before they can receive chiropractic care. I know they are all busy but they each smile and greet you when you arrive, genuine greetings of a family or friend.
Dr. Paul he is the Chiropractor. As he works on patients going from room to room providing healing treatments. He also acknowledges you with a smile and a greeting by name. When in a treatment room he asks questions and listens intently so he can make sure he treats the body in a way that will best help and heal. I never feel rushed or hurried he takes his time explains everything he is doing so you know what to expect and feel as well as provides instructions what you should do to better allow for a better more productive treatment .
This entire group works together for one purpose, to provide each patient with the best possible chiropractic healing treatment and experience. They exceed all expectations

I've been going to Dr. B a little over a year now. My experience with this office is nothing short of professional and welcoming. From the front staff to the therapy/treatment staff everyone has been kind and full of personality, a real family-style practice. I always enjoy my visits when I can get them in. Dr Bernardini is a very good chiropractor if you need one. He is also a very nice man and the staff is very nice I never had a problem in the seven years I've been going there. Also if there is anything at all that the Doctor can help you with don't hesitate to ask him, if he can help you he will believe me. Give him a try you'll be happy you did.
