I just left after paying additional money ( have monthly for exterior) to get full service. I paid $3xtra to have both my front mats rinsed off. I also tipped generously only to discover driving home that my rear passenger windows were NOT cleaned. When the owner is not present the workmanship of washers seriously declines. It may be time for a new car wash. EVERYTIME I GO IT'S SOMETHING THATS LACKING.. Eventually all jobs will be replaced with AI you'd think when you have a cash paying customer who tips YOUR workers would be competent. GO ELSEWHERE FOR CASH WISHING.
I paid 42 for my car wash to get up to the rims washed well since I knew they were dirty. The car still had dirty marks but okay not everything’s perfect but my rims weren’t even wiped and I called to confirm if it was part of the package for them to clean them well and this sweet girl who answered said yes. She told the manager and said they’ll call me in a couple minutes since he was busy. I never got a call back.
