American Auto Wash

Poor job and not worth the price. I paid for the full exterior and interior clean. They don’t tell you where to wait with your car after the automatic wash so I pulled into one of the self serve parking spots not knowing it was self serve because there isn’t any signs. I waited for 10 minutes before going to ask if someone was coming over, was told I was parked in the self serve spot, then had to pull out of the spot I was in and pull it into one of the full service spots so they could clean the interior. They did a good job with the vacuuming but there is still dust and stuff all over the middle console. My windows are cleaner but still have all kinds of marks all over. It looks like they didn’t wipe out the cup holders or any of the other spaces that should have been wiped out on the doors, etc.

From the moment I pulled in, the staff were friendly and professional, making me feel like my car was in great hands. The wash was thorough, and they paid attention to every detail inside and out. My car looks spotless, and I could really tell they use high-quality products that give a lasting shine.
Not only was the service exceptional, but the entire process was quick and efficient. I also appreciate how well-maintained the facilities are, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.
I would absolutely recommend American Car Wash to anyone looking to get their vehicle looking brand new again. I’ll definitely be returning and referring all my friends and family!
