This is my favorite location to go for my client's linen drop-off. They are always accommodating! The staff doesn't matter if you go in the morning or at night, the ladies are all very pleasant.
The South Fallsburg location is always clean. Casey is awesome đź‘Ś! The dark haired older lady can be a little short with you, but, it's over look-able. This location, though, gets CRAZY busy!!! On those days, we use the much larger Monticello location. The ONLY employee in this location, other than when Casey works there, who will bother to even speak to customers, is Lisa. And, Lisa doesn't bother until you become a regular. If you're doing laundry once, go to South Fallsburg. You can use coins there. If you're going to be doing large amounts week after week, buy the card, and use the Monticello location.
