My daughter and I first visited J&J Eye Care a few years ago when her glasses broke a few weeks after getting them. James was able to salvage the lenses and provide us with new frames. I was so grateful for his knowledge, patience and ability to help us in what felt like an emergency situation.
I have and will continue to be a loyal customer since meeting him that afternoon. He is always professional and provides an excellent service without breaking the bank. His store has wonderful options and most recently we visited to fit my daughter for contacts. All of the members of his staff are helpful and welcoming.
We are so lucky to have this gem within our community - I encourage all of you to support this local business.
This company doesn't take my insurance. Because of the quality of service, I chosen to have them as the place for my prescription eye glasses. No false miss leading's to buy expensive frames; your decision is your decision. Friendly too.
Service rendered by James was fantastic. He reviewed my insurance with me and explained all my options. He secured a pair of frames I was dying to have and I appreciate his professionalism. James told me it would take two to three weeks to receive my glasses with its prescription as they would be coming from Pennsylvania. Well guess what? James called me a few days later and told me my glasses were in and I couldn’t be happier. It took only a few days and when I picked them up I told James he should change the name of the shop to the MAGIC SHOP! Thanks again great service.
I received great service! The staff was courteous and professional and the doctor took time to explain my exam results. The wide selection of
fashionable frames was much appreciated and I received my glasses in a timely manner. Also, my insurance was accepted. This is a great Family Store. Highly recommended for all ages!
When you call, ask for James and he'll hook you up! He gave me a discount because I was a returning customer and disabled. I got the anti-glare distance prescription glasses and now no more glare when I drive at night! Very friendly and fast service.
