We are local and Jorge’s is only a mile or two away, but we would always go to another restaurant nearby for authentic Mexican food. We kept hearing about Jorge’s and seeing photos of their delicious looking food on a local facebook group so my son and I finally tried it. To say we were blown away is an understatement! We tried the pernil (roasted pork) with rice and beans, the Birria tacos, and the tacos al Pastor. Everything was fresh and SO GOOD. Even the rice (often just a bland filler) had incredible flavor! The prices are reasonable and the portions were very generous, so we had plenty to take home and are already excited to eat the leftovers. The service was friendly and the restaurant seemed very clean - it was also nice to be able to order a beer since they have a liquor license and other similar restaurants in the area do not. Overall we are thrilled with the experience and are already planning to return and try their breakfast menu. 10/10 recommend!
It's like eating at your Abuela's. The birria is braised for hours, the fish tacos are cooked tender and not tough, and the tortilla chips are made fresh with your order. Even the Cajun fries were great. They accommodate vegetarians, though a few more options would be good.
Jorge' Kitchen in Central Valley, NY serves the most authentic Mexican Food and variety of amazing dishes in Woodbury area. The service was outstaying and the food was absolutely incredible. I told my wife she is officially done cooking. We are going to Jeorge' s from now on!

Firstly, they have nachos with salsa sauce before your food coming. So authentic and fresh!
All of the dishes are freshly made. We love the tacos: there are a verity of choices of tacos—— beef, chicken, fish, pork.. all of them are delicious! Also, have to mention the omelet, it is juicy, delicious 😋 (added sausage into it and it was just right!)

Staff is so friendly, nice and kind! They introduce different kinds of food and are attentive in our needs!
Atmosphere :
The resultant is clean, which is important! The interior design is beautiful and shows local style!
Price:
The price is reasonable and good, given the good quality of food!
Overall, a restaurant that you will never regret to try and come back to several times!
Great hearty meal! Had the pipping hot minestrone, beef stew, and other dishes such as fish, chicken and mash potato. Love the freshly made garlic bread with obvious garlic bits. Fantastic homey service too.
