An easy five stars for Trainer Joe. He helped me get back into shape, but most importantly, he helped me figure out how to achieve it with realistic goals and on a realistic timeline.
Trainer Joe's workouts are always challenging but totally doable. His diet coaching has been equally, if not more, important than the workouts. He gave me personalized nutrition advice that made a massive difference. I've learned so much about fueling my body properly; I never feel hungry or overly restricted when I follow his advice. Trainer Joe is your person if you're looking for a trainer who knows what they are talking about!
Wow! Joe is extremely knowledgeable, and tailors his trainings to fit the client's lifestyle. There's no one size fits all model with Joe, he considers your personal goals and lifestyle. He's motivating and taught me tips that I will always carry. The training and knowledge shared while we worked together has been life changing!

Joe is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had. He takes the time to get to know his clients and their individual needs for a tailored workout. Not only does he create amazing workout plans, he is also very knowledgeable about diet plans.
