My fiance and I planned an amazing looking honeymoon with Gerry. It was a very easy process and she was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding because of the pandemic and, in turn, cancel the honeymoon. We absolutely plan to book with Love Travel again once we start planning for our honeymoon after our rescheduled wedding in 2021. I can't say enough about how good Gerry was about canceling. We were under so much stress with the wedding venue and all our other contracts, which would not provide any refunds only rescheduling. Gerry was the only one able to get us a refund, which hit my account in a matter of weeks. Great experience all around.

If you want to deal with a first class Travel Agency, then Love Travel is it! Gerry and her staff are the best. I have had a relationship with Love Travel for almost 20 years and have received nothing the best in terms of service and efficiency. Recently we had a family trip booked for this past November, but due to all the Hurricanes, we were not able to go. Gerry guided us through all the necessary channels, not only to re-book a new trip, but also with getting a FULL refund for our cancelled trip. She was there from the beginning to the end and was always reachable. There are a lot of people who would have passed the buck. Gerry and her staff at Love Travel did not. A good friend of mine recommended I connect with Gerry and her team at Love Travel while trying to figure out how to book my honeymoon. I was skeptical about using a travel agent but for a big trip like a honeymoon I now highly reccomend it!! The booking was so easy and seamless. To top it all off, we originally had booked for the Caribbean and the unfortunate recent weather condition (hurricanes) caused us to have to change our destination the day before the wedding! 2 days before our flight I reached out to Gerry and she sacrificed all her time immediately to totally change the trip to the Caribbean and plan the most amazing honeymoon in Hawaii!!! Full refund too so make sure you get the travel insurance!
