I highly commend and recommend Lower Hudson Valley EAP. Their support and commitment to my family these past few years has been a true godsend. We had it rough and they were always there to guide us and help us. A special thanks goes out to Ashley, who was always there to assist and help me figure out our next move for our daughter, help with bill issues, help with questions, etc.

(Writing on behalf of my mom who is bad with the computer) Lower Hudson Valley EAP has the most professional and caring staff I ever had the pleasure of working with in the insurance world. My son is going through a very difficult time with his ED and addictions and because he has this co-occurring illness it has been so difficult to find him the right help. When I called the the Lower Hudson Valley EAP and I spoke to Brandon about my son’s problem and how hard it has been to find help, he took the challenge upon himself as if we were family. He found us a place for my son to go and was there for me, constantly following up with me all along the way. I was amazed of his profound knowledge and professionalism and most of all the level of care he took to help my family. His attention to detail allowed him to find the best place for my son to be treated. My son had a very positive experience at the facility he was referred to and we owe it completely to LHV EAP, and Brandon in particular. I wish this world could have many more people like you. My family and I wish you nothing but the best professionally and personally.
