Amazing customer service from Adelina!
I was buying two perfumes and asked if there were any coupons in my account. The lady said there weren’t, and I didn’t have internet at that time. When I got home and checked the Macy’s app, I found a $50 coupon.
I went back to the store and spoke with the manager, Adelina. She was incredibly kind and helpful — she refunded the perfume so I could repurchase it with my coupon, wrapped it beautifully as a gift, and even gave me free samples while apologizing for the inconvenience.

Lauren, The Ambassador of Dresses was so amazing! She assisted me with several dresses and picked one i would have never chosen for myself! It was a gorgeous Adriana Papel design! Lauren was patient with all her clients, and very courteous as well as efficient!
I had witnessed a lady with purple hairs at the women’s sleepwear department always make Asian customers wait for so long, and never willing to help. One time, I had experienced myself while she was helping a lady with the tight sizes, however that lady did look for herself, and I was patiently standing at the counter waiting for almost 4 mins, then I told her I’m ready to check out and she told me to go to other department because she’s helping other customer ( I mean that customer didn’t need her help at all), I’m not sure if she really give Asian customers hard times on purpose or she’s a real lazy employee, try to avoid to do her own job.
I have no issues with this store over a decade, so I gave 3 stars, and 0 for her. I hope managers could see this review and talk to her.
Good location for the most part, except some employees in certain departments just like to flat out ignore customers and then rush them towards the end. Very difficult to get help in here sometimes. But during my most recent visit, a gentleman by the name of Robert helped me pick out a suit that I needed last minute, he was extremely patient and was very professional. This was my first stop and I didn’t realize that I would need to lay close to $800 for a suit and shirt. I told him that I would want to check at least one other place before I made the purchase and he told me he would put the suit to the side for me until I got back. I didn’t return until til ten minute before closing. Even though I was the last customer in the store he didn’t make me feel rushed.
