I have used Master Coach several times this past year to transport my 99 year old friend to several appointments. Every person I have spoken with to schedule the pick up and all the drivers have been exceptional. Always kind, polite and respective. I would highly recommend them.
My Father needs and ambulette to take him to and from medical appointments. The Master's Coach has been amazing! The office staff is amazing but more importantly their drivers are fantastic! Every driver we have had over the last 9 month has been extremely friendly. We do see the same drivers for the most part and they greet your by name and through conversations during travel they get to know you and will ask me about my kids, dogs, etc. They are remarkable perople. Our insurance company always tries to get a ride with them before any other company. They are just all around great people. Thank you so much Master's Coach! A good hearted woman named Jessica took my mom to an appointment today. She helped her get in and out of the vehicle so gently and with great care. She even played mom's favorite song by Josh Grobin. Please give her a commendation. She made my mom feel so special. Thank you so much
I needed to hire an ambulance service to help me get to doctor’s appointments and physical therapy session after my knee replacement.
On top of being scared about having surgery and needing help to get around, I was really worried about the cost and my company’s insurance plan did not cover this type of expense.
I contacted The Master’s Coach and found their prices were reasonable enough for me to handle out of pocket. I used their service three times a week for well over a month. The drivers were all very pleasant and polite arrived early to my home to pick me up or were waiting outside after my PT sessions and doctor’s appointments. They each made sure I was secured in the vehicle and I felt safe with each of their driving skills. When a situation came up that caused a delay, the dispatcher contacted me by phone to let me know and assure me that someone was on the way.
I really enjoyed using Master’s Coach, and while I am not looking forward to having another knee replacement surgery it is comforting to know that I can call Master’s Coach when I do.
